It all started when…

…in 2020, Gem approached Nyko with a commission request for some fan art of a popular fantasy game.

What began as the usual back and forth of emails for the work quickly developed into a friendship, which then rapidly (d)evolved into a creative explosion that neither of them had ever thought possible: Utilising each other’s crafts to form what could only be described as a symbiotic relationship.

GEM&I was born from that; the name seemed perfectly punny and oddly fitting - so it stuck. And the rest, as they say, is published. ;)
